Note handler: Clerk in note trading (all) - 80 - 100%

Permanent position (open-ended) - immediately or by arrangement - home office option

Tasks

• Serving customers via the M-Cash and SEPA trading application, technical support
• Ensuring the supply of Migros Bank with Swiss francs and foreign currencies in banknotes and precious metals
• Daily identification and utilization of banknotes and precious metals for Migros Bank and for our external customers
• Monitoring and control of financial intermediaries in accordance with legal requirements
• Various coordination and administration tasks

Requirements

Language skills

• German (business fluent)
• French (an advantage)
• Italian (an advantage)
• English (an advantage)

Training and experience

• Completed apprenticeship (EFZ)
• Bank
• 0-2 years Bank

Skills and knowledge

• Strong affinity for trading (foreign exchange/money market) in general, especially banknote and precious metal trading
• Knowledge of the relevant processes and procedures in banknote and precious metal trading or motivation and interest in getting to know them
• Fluency in dealing with representatives of other financial institutions
• Very good MS-Office knowledge
