Your tasks

• Updating and further developing the hedonic valuation models for residential property and the real estate indices for risk assessment of mortgage portfolios
• Assessing the real estate market with the help of data analysis and forecasting models
• Writing your own articles in publications on the Swiss real estate market
• Collaboration with the bank's risk management and sales units

Your profile

• University degree (at least Master's level) in economics, mathematics, or a comparable subject
• Applied knowledge of data analysis in, for example, R, Python, or SAS
• Quantitative skills and a sound understanding of economic relationships
• Interest in the Swiss real estate market, knowledge of part
• Fair for journalistic activities
• Proactive and independent, precise working style
• Ability to communicate complex topics simply and convincingly
• German as mother tongue
