OFFERING & PRODUCT MANAGER
Julius Baer is seeking an Offering & Product Manager to lead the local product approval process for Bank Julius Baer (Monaco) S.A.M. and support product development and management in Luxembourg. The successful candidate should have at least five years of experience in the financial sector and possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Tasks
- Establish, prepare, and conduct the Product Approval Board in the capacity of secretary to the Product Approval Board for Bank Julius Baer Monaco.
- Support for end-to-end processes related to initial product approval and the ongoing monitoring of existing products and services.
- Conducting and coordinating lifecycle management reviews with global and local product owners and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintenance of the SharePoint site and the list of products and services for Monaco.
- Compilation of data and monitoring of offer-related global and local KPIs and KRIs.
- Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports for senior management and governance bodies.
- Preparation of meeting minutes to ensure accurate and complete documentation of decisions and discussions.
- Maintaining clear audit trails for product-related decisions, approvals, and changes; monitoring approval conditions; and tracking their fulfillment or completion.
- Responsibility for documenting and regularly updating product governance-related SLAs between Luxembourg and Monaco.
Product Management & Development
- Coordinating and launching new or updated products and services in Monaco.
- Work closely with local and global product teams, operations, risk management, legal, and compliance to ensure a successful product launch.
- Training front-line staff on new product launches or improvements to existing products and services.
- Serving as the central point of contact for product management and portfolio governance for Monaco.
- Project management support.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in product management, product governance, risk management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at various levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (SharePoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, governance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in French and English.
