We are looking for an Offering & Product Manager to support our team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing, preparing, and executing the local product approval process for Bank Julius Baer (Monaco) S.A.M., including product approval processes, lifecycle management, and governance reporting.Your challenge
- Offering governance and product approval process for Bank Julius Baer Monaco - Establishing, preparing, and executing the product approval process as secretary of the product approval process for Bank Julius Baer Monaco - Support for the end-to-end process for initial product approval and ongoing monitoring of existing products and services - Conducting and coordinating lifecycle management reviews with global and local product owners and relevant stakeholders - Maintaining the SharePoint site and product/service inventory list for Monaco - Collecting data and monitoring offer-related global and local KPIs and KRIs - Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and governance bodies - Writing meeting minutes to ensure accurate and complete documentation of decisions and discussions - Maintaining a clear audit trail for product-related decisions, approvals, and changes, and monitoring approval conditions and tracking their fulfillment/completion - Owning, documenting, and regularly updating product governance-related SLAs between Luxembourg and MonacoProduct Management & Development
- Coordinate and roll out new or updated products and services in Monaco - Work closely with local and global product teams, operations, risk management, legal, and compliance to ensure a successful product launch - Train front-line staff on new product launches or improvements to existing products and services - Serve as the central point of contact for product management and offering governance in Monaco - Provide project management supportYour profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in product management, product governance, risk management, or a related roleRequirements
- Strong analytical skills and a quick learner - Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across various levels of seniority - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (SharePoint) - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, governance-driven environment - Proficiency in French and EnglishWe offer
