OFFERING & PRODUCT MANAGER

Tasks

As an Offering & Product Manager at Julius Baer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Establish, prepare, and conduct the Product Approval Board in my capacity as Secretary of the Product Approval Board for Bank Julius Baer Monaco.
• Supports the end-to-end process for initial product approvals and ongoing monitoring of existing products and services.
• Conduct and coordinate lifecycle management reviews with global and local product owners and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain the SharePoint site and the product and service inventory list for Monaco.
• Compile data and monitor offering-related global and local KPIs and KRIs.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management and governance bodies.
• Take meeting minutes to ensure accurate and complete documentation of decisions and discussions.
• Maintain a clear audit trail for product-related decisions, approvals, and changes; monitor approval conditions and track their fulfillment or completion.
• Maintain, document, and regularly update product-related SLAs between Luxembourg and Monaco.

Product Management & Development

As an Offering & Product Manager, you will also be responsible for the following tasks in the area of product management and development:

• Coordinate and roll out new or updated products and services in Monaco.
• Collaborate with local and global product teams, operations, risk management, legal, and compliance to ensure a successful product launch.
• Train front-line staff on new product launches or improvements to existing products and services.
• Serve as the central point of contact for product management and offering governance for Monaco.
• Project management support.

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in product management, product governance, risk, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at various levels of seniority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (SharePoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, governance-driven environment.
• Proficiency in French and English.
