Governance & Regulatory Compliance Officer (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Regulatory considerations and tracking
• Planning and Conducting Meetings of the Maßtak Compliance Working Group
• Assigning newly developed regulatory requirements to the appropriate database and verifying the validity of the assessments made by the functional departments
• Coordination of the implementation of global policies, including approval processes via the relevant database, as well as local regulations (new adoptions, amendments, repeals), including the approval process

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business or law, or a business apprenticeship with a focus on business and law
• One or more years of professional experience in compliance, ideally in the financial sector
• Basic or in-depth knowledge and experience in the area of governance and compliance
• The banking sector, particularly in the areas of wealth management and active management
• A structured, precise, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A willingness to learn and an open-minded attitude
