We are looking for a motivated **Payments Troubleshooting Officer** to join our team. The challenges arise when something goes wrong in payment transactions, be it when the word "trouble" is used.Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the banking sector
- Knowledge of payment transactions an advantage
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Solution-oriented thinking and strong communication skills
