The Offshore Fund Onboarding Manager (Assistant Vice President) is responsible for managing new offshore fund launches to meet client needs and working with the Boston headquarters and other operating centers to enhance services. The employee will also act as a client liaison for BAU services following fund launches.

Offshore Fund Onboarding Manager, Assistant Vice President

Tasks

  • Responsible for launching new offshore funds to meet client requirements
  • Work closely with sales and relationship managers to acquire new business
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction following the introduction of the funds
  • Responsible for the delivery of customer service and the improvement of services
  • Management of customer expectations and identification of customer needs
  • Responsible for resolving customer issues and collaborating with team members and operations teams
  • Collaborate with global operations teams to create a framework for improved services for Japanese customers

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented person with excellent customer skills
  • Excellent understanding of global custody and offshore business
  • Ability to lead a team that delivers excellent customer service
  • Effective organizational, decision-making and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry of at least 5 years
  • Excellent Japanese and English language skills
