Offshore fund Onboarding Manager, Assistant Vice President

Tasks

• Responsible for launching offshore funds to meet client expectations
• Work closely with sales and relationship managers to acquire new business
• Responsible for customer satisfaction after the launch of funds
• Responsible for the delivery of customer services and the improvement of services
• Understanding customer needs and proposing improved service models
• Managing customer expectations by identifying customer goals and needs
• Responsible for customer escalations and provision of solutions
• Collaborate with global operations teams to create a framework for improved services for Japanese customers

Requirements

• Customer-oriented person with excellent customer skills
• Excellent understanding of global custody and offshore operations (is a plus)
• Ability to lead a team that delivers excellent customer service
• Effective organizational, decision-making and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the financial services industry of at least 5 years
• Excellent English language skills and business knowledge of Japanese (preferred)
