Offshore Fund Onboarding Manager, AVP

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Offshore Fund Onboarding Manager to join our Global Onboarding Processing team within our Offshore Service Delivery Hub. Reporting directly to the Global Ops Manager, Onboarding - Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the onboarding and configuration of various fund structures within the State Street ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in mutual fund operations who has strong technical skills and excels in the field of fund administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for offshore fund operations to meet client expectations
• Onshore and offshore capabilities tailored to the customer's specific and frequently required needs. They are responsible for establishing onshore and offshore communication.
• Responsibility for onshore/offshore and service management, understanding client needs, and providing suggestions regarding offshore operations
• Manage and participate in operational tasks such as onboarding
• Involved in the management of one or more client operations and operational tasks to provide oversight and streamline the transition from the onboarding/transition process
• Collaborate with the offshore fund operations team and develop a framework to provide operational services to clients in Japan. A high-quality operational strategy and strong operational review skills are essential.
• Collaborate with the global operations team and develop frameworks to provide operational services to clients in Japan.
• Responsible for ensuring that non-local systems projects are carried out in a timely and effective manner
