Onboarding/Client Relationship Management

Your role

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process from start to finish, for continuous customer care and support after go-live throughout the trading lifecycle.
• Be the single point of contact for customers regarding electronic trading solutions.
• Manage and coordinate various internal and external specialists, including project teams.
• Work closely with external and internal stakeholders in Switzerland and abroad.
• Be the interface between external clients and internal cross-functional units in the areas of trading products and related trading venues as well as support functions such as legal, compliance, operations, custody and business technology.
• Build and promote a smooth and successful customer relationship for customers in Switzerland and abroad.
• Identify and implement customer requirements and customized setups in a smooth and efficient way, always keeping an eye on the cost-benefit ratio.
• Conduct regular customer reviews together with sales and business.

Your team

• Sound experience in client service in the financial sector or a university degree with strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• Experience in front, mid or back office.
• Practical experience in direct customer relationship management.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong sense of ownership and leadership.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
