The Onboarding/Client Relationship Manager is responsible for the smooth onboarding and continuous support of clients in the Electronic Trading Solutions division. They act as an interface between clients and internal units and are responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Onboarding/Client Relationship Manager
Tasks
- Ensure a seamless front to back onboarding, a continued client service and support post go-live throughout the trading lifecycle.
- Act as the single point of contact for clients regarding electronic trading solutions.
- Lead and coordinate various internal and external specialists including project teams.
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders in Switzerland and abroad.
- Act as the interface between external clients and internal cross-divisional entities in the areas of trading products and their related trading desks as well as support functions such as Legal, Compliance, Operations, Custody and Business Technology.
- Build and foster a smooth and successful client relationship for clients in Switzerland and abroad.
- Identify and implement client requirements and customized setups in a smooth and efficient way by always having the cost- / reward ratio in mind.
- Conduct periodical client reviews along with Sales and Business.
Requirements
- Sound experiences in servicing clients in the financial industry or a university degree with strong conceptual and analytical skills.
- Experience in Front, Mid or Back Office.
- Hands-on experience with direct client relationship management.
- Strong collaboration and influencing.
- Ability to multitask and to work under pressure.
- Strong sense of ownership and leadership.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
