Your role

  • Ensure smooth onboarding from start to finish, continuous customer care and support after go-live throughout the trading lifecycle.
  • Be the single point of contact for customers in connection with electronic trading solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate various internal and external specialists, including project teams.
  • Work closely with external and internal stakeholders in Switzerland and abroad.
  • Be the interface between external clients and internal cross-functional units in the areas of trading products and related trading venues as well as support functions such as legal, compliance, operations, custody and business technology.
  • Establish and promote a smooth and successful customer relationship for customers in Switzerland and abroad.
  • Identify and implement customer requirements and customized setups in a smooth and efficient way, always keeping an eye on the cost-benefit ratio.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews together with Sales and Business.

Your team

  • Profound experience in servicing clients in the financial industry or a university degree with strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Experience in the front, middle or back office.
  • Practical experience with direct customer relationship management.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Strong sense of ownership and leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
