Operations Specialist (Full-Time)

Tasks

As an Operations Specialist, you will manage daily cash and settlement operations to ensure accurate funding, liquidity flows, and reconciliation across various asset classes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and resolving reconciliation errors in positions across multiple asset classes
• Execution of cash sweep operations in accordance with predefined mandates and schedules
• Accurate and timely reporting of daily cash balances
• Active participation in local and global initiatives as a subject matter expert
• Performing control tasks in accordance with the dual-control principle and defined standards
• Strict adherence to internal guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements
• Strong awareness of operational risk
• Conducting regular checks and promptly reporting incidents or system-related issues
• Reliable support through responses to ad hoc inquiries and timely, accurate feedback
• Initiating and proposing improvement ideas to increase efficiency, quality and risk reduction
