Operations Specialist (Full-Time)

Tasks

• Identifying and resolving reconciliation errors in positions across multiple asset classes
• Conducting cash collection operations in accordance with predefined mandates and schedules
• Accurate and timely reporting of daily cash balances
• Active participation in local and global initiatives as a subject matter expert
• Performing control tasks in accordance with the dual-control principle, in line with defined standards
• Strict adherence to internal policies, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrating a high level of awareness of operational risks
• Conducting regular checks and promptly reporting incidents or system-related issues
• Providing reliable support by responding to ad hoc inquiries and delivering timely, accurate feedback
• Initiating and proposing ideas for improvement to increase efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation

Requirements

• Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship or comparable vocational training
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• A high level of risk awareness, particularly with regard to operational risks
