Operations Specialist - Cash Management 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

As an Operations Specialist - Cash Management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of cash and settlement operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying and resolving reconciliation errors in positions across multiple asset classes
• Execution of cash transfers in accordance with predefined mandates and schedules
• Preparing accurate overnight balances in a timely and correct manner
• Active participation in local and global initiatives as a subject matter expert
• Performing control tasks in accordance with the dual-control principle and defined standards
• Strict adherence to internal policies, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrate a strong awareness of operational risk
• Conducting regular checks and promptly reporting incidents or system-related issues
• Providing reliable support by responding to ad hoc inquiries and delivering timely, accurate feedback
• Initiating and proposing ideas for improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional with:

• Preference given to candidates who have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship or comparable vocational training
• Previous experience in banking operations or a financial services environment is highly desirable
