Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Manager

Job description

As the Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Manager in Monaco, you will be responsible for overseeing COO activities, including leading projects, ensuring contract award processes, and implementing business risk management (BRM).

Tasks

The main responsibilities of the Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Manager include:

• Managing and overseeing internal and external contracting and ICT providers to ensure full compliance with EEC regulatory requirements, including DORA.
• The development and implementation of a comprehensive and robust risk and control framework within the COO function in Monaco that is consistent with Group standards.
• Identifying key risks associated with COO processes and developing the necessary mitigation measures to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Analyzing the causes of operational risk incidents and identifying corrective actions.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of business continuity management (BCM).
• Leading or participating in strategic and regulatory projects involving EFG Bank (Monaco), and serving as the point of contact for group-wide initiatives.

Requirements

The Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Manager should possess the following skills and competencies:

• At least five years of professional experience, ideally at a financial institution; experience in project management is a strong plus.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills in French and English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Motivated, flexible, and well-organized.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and willing to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.
