Job description

As Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Manager in Monaco, you will be responsible for overseeing COO activities, including managing projects, ensuring contract award processes, and implementing business risk management (BRM). The Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Manager reports directly to EFG Bank (Monaco). The main responsibilities of the Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Manager in the COO division are:
  • Manage and oversee internal and external procurement and ICT vendors to ensure full compliance with EEA regulatory requirements, including DORA; serve as the designated procurement manager for all contracts with third-party vendors and within the group.
  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and development of a comprehensive and robust risk and control framework within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) function in Monaco, in accordance with Group standards.
  • Identify key risks associated with COO processes and develop the necessary mitigation measures to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Analysis of the causes of operational risk incidents and identification of corrective actions.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of business continuity management (BCM).
  • Lead or contribute to strategic and regulatory projects involving EFG Bank (Monaco), serving as the point of contact for group-wide initiatives.

Requirements

The Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Manager should possess the following skills and competencies:
  • At least five years of professional experience, ideally at a financial institution; experience in project management is a strong plus.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills in French and English (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
