Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Manager

Tasks

• Manage and oversee internal and external outsourcing providers, including managing projects, ensuring compliance with outsourcing oversight and performance requirements (including DORA); serve as the designated outsourcing manager for all third-party and intra-group contracts within the bank.
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the framework within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) function to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Identify the key risks associated with the COO's processes and propose appropriate mitigating measures/corrective actions in collaboration with the Risk Management Department.
• Analysis of the causes of operational risk events and definition of preventive measures.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of Business Continuity/Resilience Management (BCM).
• Leading or participating in strategic and regulatory projects related to group-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience, ideally within a financial institution; experience in project management is a strong advantage.
• Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

• Practical experience in banking compliance and DORA EU.
