Operational Resilience Specialist 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

The position as Operational Resilience Specialist includes the following tasks:

• Leading the identification of critical functions, mapping end-to-end dependencies, and defining impact tolerances
• Overseeing the design and execution of scenario tests to validate the organization's ability to recover within acceptable timeframes
• Challenge of the adequacy of first-line controls, recovery capabilities, service continuity plans, and resilience design decisions
• Governance of the operational resilience lifecycle from risk identification to remediation, including incident monitoring, root cause analysis, and lessons learned
• Ensuring global harmonization between Julius Baer's Operational Resilience Framework and various regulatory requirements in different regions
• Collaborate with business continuity management, technology, information security, compliance, internal audit, and key business functions to ensure an integrated approach
• Leading the preparation of management and board reports to provide transparency on the organization's vulnerabilities, dependencies, and resilience status
• Representing the function in internal committees and in interactions with regulatory authorities

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Senior-level expertise with at least five years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity management, and non-financial risk management within a financial institution, consulting firm, or large corporation
• Strong understanding of operational dependencies across technology, suppliers, business processes, and critical services
• Proven experience in scenario design, business impact analysis, continuity planning, and operational resilience
