Tasks

• As an employee (m/f/d) in the Risk Management Team, you will assume the role of the independent ICT risk control function in accordance with IDOR Art. 5 as well as the function of the local information security officer.
• In this role, you will support the management in defining and adapting the information security guidelines and advise on all information security issues.
• They prepare the annual report on the appropriateness and effectiveness of ICT risk management.
• They coordinate the reporting of ICT risks and the status of measures to be implemented by working closely with IT and vendor management, discussing the reporting information provided and placing the information provided in the risk context.
• In performing the role of Information Security Officer (m/f/d), you will be supported by the Julius Baer Group, e.g. key information security tasks are outsourced. You will coordinate the cooperation, monitor the quality of the outsourced services and use the information provided to assess the local threat situation.
• They organize and carry out regular training and awareness-raising measures on information security topics.
• As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will contribute your expertise in the assessment of information security in ICT projects, incidents and the outsourcing of ICT services.

Requirements

• You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable course of study.
• You have more than 3 years of professional experience in the field of information security, ideally already with a bank or financial services provider.
