Tasks

The role includes:

• Supporting the EMEA ORM Head of Technology Risk (2LoD) in communicating with senior 1st line stakeholders (primarily in the Technology function, but also in Business Resilience and other departments)
• Verifying the completeness and accuracy of risk self-assessments and ensuring that risk mitigation measures are implemented appropriately
• Supporting the global technology risk team in establishing a global understanding and consistent approach to technology risk management
• Developing close working relationships with key business partners and continuously communicating important developments and requirements in the area of operational risk
• Supporting and challenging key business partners in developing and maintaining operational risk products
• Identification of important trends, issues, and other findings that require further investigation and follow-up by the business

Requirements

Criteria that are crucial to success in this role are:

• Excellent technical knowledge and risk management skills in the area of technology/business resilience
• Strong leadership skills in technology and business resilience, with expert knowledge in established industry risk and control frameworks
• Good coordination, documentation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global team
