Main tasks / responsibilities
- Part of the Bank Risk Team and second line of defense of a growing private bank in Switzerland
- Risk management projects, operational risk assessments and daily business activities
- Collaboration with various stakeholders on qualitative and quantitative assessments
Tasks
- Thematic in-depth analyses in various departments
- Understanding of the applicable regulations and internal guidelines
- Preparation of risk assessments and reports
- Design of test cases and definition of criteria for various processes and controls
- Support in the elimination of weaknesses in internal controls
- Reporting to various interest groups
- Participation in international projects
- Creation and maintenance of quantitative and qualitative risk indicators
- Data maintenance and system updates
- Automation of processes
Special knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of operational risk management, internal controls or quality
- Very good communication skills

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have

Required training
- Bachelor's degree
- Additional qualification in risk management / internal controls would be an advantage
Required professional experience
- At least 6 years of professional experience in the banking sector, ideally in private banking, in an operational risk management function
