UBS Card Center AG is seeking an Operations Business Analyst (80–100%) to lead strategic process improvements, drive automation solutions, and provide analyses to help achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate has experience as a business analyst, knowledge of data analysis and databases, and strong analytical skills.
The role
The role includes:- Support and (Co-)Leadership of Strategic Process Improvements
- Advancing Automation Solutions
- Support for Division, Department, and Team Leaders
- Providing analyses as a basis for achieving the targets
- Identifying and Implementing Efficiency Improvements and Cost Reductions

We are looking for a candidate with:- Degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or another technical field, with proven professional experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
- Experience working with databases, data analysis, and reporting, as well as an interest in process analysis, process management, digitization, and automation
- Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI, as well as knowledge of SQL (T-SQL)
- Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and innovative thinking, combined with a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to network, entrepreneurial thinking, and a reliable, independent, and responsible personality
- Fluency in German and English
