Operations Client Relationship Management (Associate)

Department Overview
- The Operations Client Relationship Management role, as part of the OCRM team, serves as the primary point of contact for the wholesale sales and trading desk(s) in the UK, with the goal of providing an effective and efficient service to manage client requests related to business issues and their resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- The Operations team serves as the primary point of contact for clients' day-to-day operational needs.
- Produce and provide periodic day-ahead messages, providing critical information to clients, including trading activity, client activity, and/or any operational milestones or events, such as:
- Stay informed about industry trends and the regulatory environment, including their impact on clients, and be willing to develop deeper expertise.
- Daily monitoring throughout the pre- and post-trade lifecycle to proactively resolve issues for key clients.
- Prepare high-quality client materials for meetings and in response to client requests.
- Summarize periodic client metrics in collaboration with the Business Intelligence Transformation function to provide the management information requested by clients.
- Lead discussions and projects by organizing meetings, collaborating with key stakeholders, and influencing the development of service capabilities relevant to operational service delivery.
- Develop a strong understanding of internal solutions and market tools that can be applied within post-trade operations.
- Support clients who want to understand how technology and AI can optimize their operations.
