Operations Client Service, Assistant Vice President
The Assistant Vice President in Operations Client Service job at State Street Global Services involves building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients, analyzing and resolving issues, and improving processes and procedures. The focus is on providing excellent client service and identifying efficiency improvements.
Job Description
What you will be responsible for
- Utilize 'client first mindset' - continue to improve Client Service and the Client experience to deepen relationships with clients
- Comprehensive and demonstrated knowledge of overall process and operating model for multiple clients within the team
- Find better ways - finding efficiencies for a particular client and sharing that more broadly to all clients
- Adopt technology to enable us to do our jobs more efficiently
- Drive clients to look at out manual tasks to automate, reduce or mitigate risk
- Follow Corporate policies, including but not limited to Code of Conduct, Personal Trading Policy, Gifts & Entertainment
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients
- Develop and maintain procedures. Ensure SOPs/regulatory met and escalate as needed

Additional requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and a focus in Finance, Banking or related field preferred
- 6-8 years of operational experience
- Computer proficient including working knowledge of desktop software applications (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.)
