Tasks

This position is responsible for carrying out the duties of the respective role to ensure that operations run smoothly, maintain high quality, comply with agreed-upon standards and objectives, and incorporate risk management considerations. This includes:

• Monitoring of controls within operations, particularly at Kong Booking Centers
• Assistance with data requests for audit and regulatory purposes
• Review and coordination of business continuity management (BCM) documentation
• Monitoring and Reporting of Contract Note Rules (CNR)
• Operational Incident Management
• Tax consulting and administration, including FATCA/CRS/QI/L withholding tax and client tax reporting

Professional and technical requirements

The position requires:

• A college degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in banking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and comprehensive knowledge of the private banking value chain
• Prior experience with tax reporting, FATCA/CRS/QI, risk management, auditing, and controlling is a plus
