Operations Control

Tasks

This position is responsible for carrying out the duties of the respective role to ensure that operations run smoothly, maintain high quality, and comply with agreed-upon standards and objectives. This includes:

• Monitoring of controls within operations
• Assistance with data requests for audit and regulatory purposes
• Review and coordination of business continuity management documentation
• Monitoring of Outsourcing Agreements
• Review of policies and support for consultation processes
• Monitoring of contract note rules and reporting
• Operational Incident Management
• Management of Safe Deposit Contents
• Tax Reporting, FATCA/CRS/QI/CIL
• Issuance of bank references
• Support for the administration of securities lending transactions

Requirements

The position requires:

• Ability to review processes and implement mitigating controls

• Demonstration of initiative and passion, and effective teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Professional and technical

The position requires:

• A college degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in banking
• Proficiency in MS Office software and comprehensive knowledge of the private banking value chain
• Prior experience with tax reporting, FATCA/CRS/QI, risk management, auditing, and controlling is a plus
