Operations Expert - Tax Competence Center (80% - 100%, m/f/d)

Tasks

Manage complex customers and special solutions
Support the development of new solutions
Process individual questions of high complexity
Maintains intranet/wiki/training materials and provides front-line and operations training
Responsible for the daily use of key tools and processes
Cooperation with partners
Advises on the definition of standards
Drives continuous improvement and initiatives, including the development and implementation of efficiency measures
Acts as SME in change initiatives
Elicits requirements in collaboration with the PO
