Operations Manager - Private Markets

Tasks

• Order Execution & Cash Management: Monitoring fund operations and liaising with the middle and back offices
• NAV Control: Support for daily operations (data processing, fund net asset value verification)
• Administration: Support with product launches, review of quarterly reports, and administrative support for the local investment team
• Regulatory: Managing the annual audit of funds and supporting the business development team with investor onboarding

Requirements

• Previous experience at a private equity firm or a Luxembourg-based fund administrator
• Proactive, self-motivated, and independent, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible and resilient under pressure, especially during peak periods
• Strong project management skills and an analytical mindset, with a proven ability to identify and solve complex problems in fast-paced environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven experience in creating high-quality reports and presentations
• High integrity, independent and self-motivated, yet also a cooperative team player
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a collaborative approach; structured and methodical in carrying out work, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
