The Operations Specialist FXMM / PM & Treasury is responsible for the smooth execution of FXMM / PM & Treasury operations at Julius Baer and assists in the execution of cash sweeps, reporting and risk management. The position requires a high level of accountability, team player and risk awareness.

Operations Specialist FXMM / PM & Treasury 100% (m/f/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 31.12.2026 with possible extension)Tasks
- Execution of cash sweeps
- Reporting of cash balances to ALM and Position Control
- Active participation in local and global initiatives as an SME
- Responsibility for trainees (production and review) in accordance with agreed standards
- Implementation of validations according to the dual control principle
- Compliance with guidelines and policies
- Increased awareness of operational risks, AML/CFT risks, fraud risks (internal/external)
- Execution of controls
- Reporting of incidents
- Support, resolution of ad-hoc queries and prompt feedback
- Collection of suggestions for improvement
- Reporting of system problems
