Operations Specialist FXMM / PM & Treasury 80% - 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

Perform validation 4-eyes principles (produce & verify) in accordance with agreed standards
Compliance with guidelines & policies
Increased awareness of operational risks, AML/CFT risks, fraud risks (internal/external)
Carrying out checks
Reporting incidents
Help with ad hoc requests and prompt feedback
Submit suggestions for improvement
Report system problems

Requirements

Reliable team player with a high degree of responsibility and independence
Strong interpersonal skills & service orientation
Strong team player with a can-do attitude
Banking apprenticeship or similar training with experience in banking operations
