Operations Specialist

Tasks

• Close collaboration with internal partners and relevant departments regarding data extraction, MIS, audit requests, and regulatory data requests
• Collaboration with various stakeholders to coordinate data extractions, MIS, and data for regulatory reports
• Ensuring the timely submission of regulatory reports for OTC derivatives
• Setting market rules and processing trade approvals from the Prelude and OMS systems
• Supporting the opening of subaccounts for trade processing and corporate actions
• Participation in user acceptance testing as needed
• Demonstrating appropriate values and behaviors, including (but not limited to) honesty and integrity, diligence and conscientiousness, fair treatment (fair treatment of customers), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborating with the relevant teams to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensuring that data extraction is conducted in accordance with the “need-to-know” principle, with an appropriate level of checks and controls in place during the provision of data
• Completion of Mandatory Training Courses

Requirements

• Attention to detail, a risk-and-control mindset, the ability to anticipate potential risks, and the ability to apply knowledge in the area of investment monitoring
• Proficiency in using tools to extract data from various systems, including MIS
• Relevant experience with VBA/SQL is a plus
