Operations Specialist

Tasks

• Regular T24 activities, performing balance sheet reconciliation between the core banking system and the portfolio management system
• Providing reliable, high-quality business support to the front office
• Support for daily position reconciliation between the core banking system and the portfolio management system
• Providing support for new initiatives and projects
• Process improvements, scaling measures, and opportunities for cost optimization
• Processing Correspondence in Risk Management:
  • Demonstrating appropriate values and behaviors, including, but not limited to, integrity, diligence and conscientiousness, fair dealing (fair treatment of customers), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management practices, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the relevant teams to meet regulatory requirements and comply with the associated policies and procedures

Requirements

• A college degree with a relevant major (finance, computer science, or accounting)
• At least 2 years of operational experience in the banking sector or a similar field
• Knowledge of reconciliation, accounting, and reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and relevant Office programs
• A college degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in private banking or a related field
• A solid understanding of the calculation methods used in customer performance reporting (asset performance statement, contribution/attribution, core price calculation)
• Proficiency with the T24 back-office system and the performance reporting systems
• A solid understanding of various asset classes, along with the ability to interpret business processes, transactions, and product lifecycle events, and to assess their impact on positioning and performance
