Operations Specialist 80% - 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

Process automation
Settlement: Monitoring of financial instruments traded by Portfolio Management
Recognition of repayments and subscriptions
Daily reconciliation of fund positions with third parties worldwide
Supporting the Portfolio Manager(s) in day-to-day business
Issuing cash transfers and forex trades
Processing and monitoring of corporate actions
Close cooperation with custodian banks and funds Services

Requirements

Strong problem solving and communication skills
Resilient and agile personality, team player
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
