Tasks
- Work for CLS (Continuous Linked Settlement) processing within UBS
- System and notification flow monitoring (between CLS Bank and UBS)
- Processing of time-critical payments from the CLS area and specialized services
- Customer support activities in the area of CLS business
- Telephone contact with various stakeholders (e.g. internal: foreign exchange operations and external: banks, CLS third-party providers)
- Liquidity cases in cooperation with Credit Risk
Requirements
- Strong team spirit and willing to adapt
- Proactive, customer and target-oriented behavior and self-responsible with a risk-oriented approach
- Customer service experience and expertise
- Basic knowledge of the most important systems
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
- Good analytical understanding of processes
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Willingness to work on public holidays
