Operations Specialist - Post-Trade Processing & Settlement

Tasks

- Monitoring global securities activities for stocks, bonds, ETFs, futures, and structured products - Recording transactions related to investment funds and transfer agent duties - Communicating with counterparties and custodians worldwide - Identifying and managing risk positions in coordination with internal teams and stakeholders - Reconciling cash and securities positions - Continuous development and optimization of internal processes

Requirements

- Experience in transaction processing and/or settlement operations - Solid understanding of financial instruments - Strong awareness of risks associated with transaction processing and settlement - Familiarity with SWIFT messaging; Experience with GTMatch / GTExchange is a plus - Team-oriented with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts - High level of commitment, motivation, and responsibility - Fluent in German (at least C1 level) and English (at least B2 level)
