Operations Specialist Settlement (f/m/d)

Job description

Your tasks

• Settlement of securities settlements (settlement from SLB, conversions, custody and securities deposits/deliveries)
• Ensuring the trade settlement of securities transactions (from custody)
• Settlement of fees from securities lending & borrowing transactions
• Reconciliation of securities holdings in connection with the above-mentioned transaction types
• Bearbeiten div. Handels- und Vertriebsanfragen im Bezug auf die Wertschriftenabwicklung
• Cooperation with international banks and financial service providers

Your profile

• Basic commercial training or equivalent training/ further training
• We require experience in securities trading processing
• Willingness to work shifts (between 8:00 a.m. and 6:15 p.m.) and public holidays
• You have an affinity for change and are passionate about driving forward cross-divisional process optimizations
• You are flexible and willing to act as a stand-in in the team
• In addition to German, you score points with a solid command of English
