Tasks

• Support the Corporate Action/Income team and professionally manage and handle all types of corporate action events: mandatory, voluntary and mandatory with choice, within the required "cut-off" times while maintaining a certain level of quality.
• Accurately compose and communicate all types of corporate action event notifications to our clients.
• Timely booking of all corporate action income (cash/securities).
• Timely clarification of discrepancies.
• Ensure the handling of customer inquiries and complaints in relation to all activities covered by "Corporate Actions" with the aim of providing appropriate and sustainable solutions, taking into account a strong customer focus approach.
• Compliance with controls and procedures.
• Information and reporting of incidents to the responsible controllers.
• Maintaining contact with the Business Support Center, client account managers, custodians, other internal services and our subsidiaries to support clients and process/track requests.
• Contribute to the improvement and further development of our IT systems.
• Updating changes to market rules and regulations and communicating them to the team.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Highly organized with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize in a multi-task/multi-deadline environment.
• Ability to cope with stress and a heavy workload.

Qualifications

• DIAL+4 or equivalent experience.
• Back-office experience in Corporate Action and Income.
• Languages: English (written and oral), German, French, Spanish and Italian are an advantage.
• T24 system knowledge is an advantage.
