Operations

UBS is looking for a motivated individual to join the Operations team in Zurich to assist with client data migration, document management and data maintenance. The position also involves working with front office staff and performing client integration activities.

Your role

Tasks

  • Check and process customer documents in accordance with applicable internal and external regulations
  • Enter customer data into various systems and check their accuracy
  • Support front office staff in managing new openings and maintaining customer relationships
  • Carry out client integration activities such as remediation and clean-up

Requirements
