UBS is seeking a full-time employee in Zurich to handle corporate client financing. The ideal candidate will have experience in the processing of mortgage and business loans and be able to work independently, accurately, and efficiently. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team in the corporate client division and assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
The role
Do you have experience in processing corporate client financing? Are efficiency, precision, and a sense of responsibility your strengths? Do you enjoy administrative work with flexible hours?Your tasks
- Independent processing of approved corporate financing (IPRE mortgages and business financing)
- Preparation of all necessary loan, contract, and security documents
- Mapping and managing business financing and mortgages, as well as related collateral
- Issuing payment commitments and ensuring timely payment
- Ensuring that all conditions for the approval of credit limits and payments are met
- Managing business cases independently
- Correspondence with land registries, notaries, banks, and insurance companies
