The role

Do you have experience in processing corporate client financing? Are efficiency, precision, and a sense of responsibility your strengths? Do you enjoy administrative work with flexible hours?

Your tasks

• Independent processing of approved corporate financing (IPRE mortgages and business financing)
• Preparation of all necessary loan, contract, and security documents
• Mapping and managing business financing and mortgages, as well as related collateral
• Issuing payment commitments and ensuring timely payment
• Ensuring that all conditions for the approval of credit limits and payments are met
• Managing business cases independently
• Correspondence with land registries, notaries, banks, and insurance companies

• Working independently, accurately, and efficiently

• Very good command of German; largely fluent
