Credit operator
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for a credit operator for its Credit Management division to assist with credit administration and advise clients on the technical aspects of credit products. The ideal candidate will have a higher commercial or banking qualification and at least five years' experience in commercial or mortgage lending.
Tasks
- Enter data and monitor a credit file based on information provided by advisors or analysts
- Advise customers on the technical aspects of credit products
- Check the quality of the received data
- Manage cancellations and refunds for credit services
Requirements
- Advanced training in business or banking
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of commercial and/or mortgage lending
- Proficiency in standard office and computer software
- Rigor, flexibility, and interpersonal skills
