Specialized credit operator

Your responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks related to the processing of various contingent commitments, fixed-term advances, syndicated loans, and other complex loans, in compliance with internal standards and guidelines.
• record computer data for a credit file based on information provided by advisors/analysts, while checking quality and intervening if necessary to ensure compliance with internal guidelines,
• manage the cancellation and refunds of credit services,
• advising internal and external clients on the technical and commercial aspects of contingent liabilities,
• verify that the guidelines issued by the bank are being followed in its area of activity, by conducting spot checks, in order to control risks and service quality,
• analyze the value of contingent liabilities issued in favor of the bank by checking whether the bank guarantee complies with our requirements and intervene if necessary,
• ensure impeccable quality for customers in the production of documents and correspondence, while providing fast service,
• contribute to the process of improving IT systems specific to your field of activity.

Votre profil :

• advanced commercial or banking education,
• Experience in the field of bank guarantees, commercial and/or mortgage loans is an asset.
• Proficiency in standard office and computer software; knowledge of Access is a plus,
• rigor, organization, flexibility, and interpersonal skills,
• interest in new subjects, with quick comprehension,
• Proficiency in French and English; German is an asset.
