Are you looking for solutions, are you distinguished by your analytical skills and your expertise in the field of controlling? BCVS is strengthening its Data analytics cell and opening up this opportunity to improve the efficiency and quality of financial analyses.

Tasks

• In this cross-functional role, you will prepare financial analyses and detailed reports, developing and implementing new tools with the aim of increasing the transparency of financial data, contributing to strategic decision-making by management, and improving the company's financial performance.
• By analyzing budget variances, you will identify potential areas for action, propose corrective measures, and implement them.
• In collaboration with colleagues, you will develop the bank's management information system.
• As a Business Partner, you will maintain regular contact with other sectors; you will identify their reporting needs and support them in achieving efficiency with the aim of standardizing reports and exploiting synergies.

Requirements

• You have a higher education degree in economics or finance (a specialization in controlling would be an asset) and you have solid experience in the field of controlling—ideally in the banking sector.
• With a sharp mind, you stand out for your analytical skills and bring in-depth knowledge of planning, budgeting, and sales forecasting methods and practices.
• A curious personality, you are comfortable with IT tools (using Power BI) and your strong communication skills in French and German enable you to build trust and develop joint solutions effectively.
