ORM Specialist

Tasks

• Coordinate and monitor the consistent implementation of operational risk policies and standards within the organization to ensure alignment with the Group NFR policy.
• Monitor and report on the unit’s risk assessments.
• Actively monitor, review, and challenge the effective design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the NFR framework at the unit level, in accordance with group policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Drive and maintain effective risk awareness programs, including targeted communications, training initiatives, and engagement with stakeholders, to strengthen the risk culture.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Preferably 5–7 years of relevant experience in roles related to internal controls, non-financial risks, compliance risks, etc.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills who can thrive in a diverse and multicultural work environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across different business units and geographic regions.
• Strong and effective communication skills—fluent in both written and spoken communication.
