OTC CONFIRMATION & CLEARING ANALYST

About the role

• Verification and execution of OTC confirmations
• Clearing activities in connection with OTC derivatives

Tasks

• Prompt confirmation of FX, equity, rates and CDS OTC trades on electronic platforms
• Creation of OTC confirmations for FX, equity and CDS for structured and simple products
• Review incoming OTC ISDA confirmations from clients with particular attention to detail, in particular ensuring that the legally binding confirmation matches the details of the trade in the trade management system
• Monitoring and processing of cleared trades and ensuring booking accuracy
• Provides excellent customer service by proactively managing all customer requests
• Participation in process improvement and template automation initiatives
• Prompt escalation of problems to stakeholders for resolution

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of relevant professional experience in OTC confirmations
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to write and speak clearly and informatively
• Ability to multi-task, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a high-pressure environment
• High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work coherently and build partnerships with other stakeholders
• Good knowledge of ISDA definitions and equity products
• Experience in processing confirmation checks and deviations
