Outbound Sales
UBS is seeking a part-time employee (40–60% FTE) for its outbound sales team in Zurich, where you will contact and advise clients as part of bank- and product-specific campaigns. The position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to advance your career in the financial industry.
The role
Are you looking for a flexible, permanent part-time position with a work schedule of 40% to 60% as your first step into the world of finance? You’re a communicative person who excels on the phone and in video calls. With your empathetic and open-minded nature, you quickly pick up on cues during conversations with clients.Tasks
You will:- Deepen your interest in retirement planning, investments, and financing, and put that knowledge to good use
- make the most of your expertise in retirement planning and the mortgage sector
- Contacting UBS customers on behalf of the bank as part of bank- and product-specific campaigns
- Apply your sales skills over the phone and assist specialists by scheduling appointments
- closely supported by the leadership team as you advance in your career
What we wish for
We are looking for someone with:- completed basic training
- Degree or continuing education in finance
- a strong interest in banking-related topics
- a confident and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in the effective use of communication and information technology, particularly in the banking sector
- Knowledge of our financial products
- Preferred: Sales experience
- Excellent German language skills (French, Italian) are a plus
