Outbound Sales

UBS is seeking a part-time employee (40–60% FTE) for its outbound sales team in Zurich to contact clients as part of bank- and product-specific campaigns and to apply sales skills over the phone. The position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to grow within the financial industry.

The role

Are you looking for a flexible, permanent part-time position with a work schedule of 40% to 60% as your first step into the world of finance? Are you familiar with digital technologies? You’re a communicative person who excels at providing support over the phone and via video calls.

Tasks

You will:
  • Deepen your interest in retirement planning, investments, and financing, and put that knowledge to good use
  • make the most of your expertise in retirement planning and the mortgage sector
  • Contact customers on behalf of the company as part of bank- and product-specific campaigns
  • Apply your sales skills over the phone and assist specialists by scheduling appointments
  • closely supported by the leadership team as you advance in your career

What we wish for

We are looking for someone with:
  • completed basic training
  • Degree or continuing education in finance and banking
  • a strong interest in banking-related topics
  • a confident and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in the efficient use of MS Office, particularly in a banking context
  • Knowledge of our financial products
  • Excellent knowledge of German; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus
