Outbound Sales

The role

Are you looking for a flexible, permanent part-time position with a work schedule of 40% to 60%, as a first step into the world of finance? Are you familiar with digital technologies? You’re a communicative person who excels at phone and video consultations. With your empathetic and open-minded approach, you quickly pick up on cues during customer conversations.

Tasks

You will:

• Deepen your interest in retirement planning, investments, and financing, and put that knowledge to good use
• make the most of your expertise in retirement planning and financial planning, as well as in the mortgage sector
• On behalf of UBS, you will contact our clients as part of bank- and product-specific campaigns
• Use your sales skills over the phone and support our specialists by scheduling appointments
• guided by the leadership team as you advance in your career

What we wish for

• a completed basic education, degree, or advanced training in finance
• a strong interest in banking-related topics
• a confident and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in the effective use of IT applications and digital technologies, particularly in the banking sector
• Knowledge of our financial products
• Advantage: Experience in sales
• Excellent knowledge of German; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus
